When reporting a problem

Including these makes a fix much faster:

• your Chrome version (chrome://settings/help) and operating system;
• what you expected, and what happened instead;
• the rule involved, if any — matching mode, schedule, and pause intensity;
• whether the site was in a temporary visit at the time.

Please never include page content, URLs with personal data, or anything from your review page you’d rather keep private — a hostname is always enough.

Data questions

Return stores everything locally in your Chrome profile; the developer cannot access it, so there is no data we could look up, restore, or delete for you. The privacy policy describes exactly what is stored and how to export or erase it yourself.
